Bespoke
We do not send your custom order somewhere else
Most suppliers who offer custom work are passing it up the chain to a factory. We are that factory. The stones come off our own growing lines, the setting happens on our own bench, and the person quoting you can walk over and look at it.
What we can make
Stones we grow ourselves
Round and fancy cuts, 0.3 to 10+ carat, D–J colour, VVS to SI. If the specification is not in stock we can grow and cut to it rather than telling you it is unavailable.
Setting and metalwork
Solitaire, halo, hidden halo, three-stone, bezel, tension, pavé, eternity and tennis settings. 14K and 18K in white, yellow and rose. Platinum on request.
Your brand, not ours
White-label and private-label work is normal for us — we spent twenty years doing exactly this. Your hallmark, your packaging, no LUMORA branding anywhere on the piece.
Repeat production
Once a design is approved we keep the CAD and the specification, so a reorder is a message rather than a fresh project. Useful if you are building a line rather than a one-off.

How it works
Six steps, and nothing is charged until you have seen a drawing
01
Tell us the idea
A sketch, a photograph, a CAD file, a piece you want remade, or just a description. You do not need technical drawings — most people start with a photo and a budget.
02
We come back with a quote and a drawing
Usually within two business days: a rendering of the piece, the stones we propose with their certificate numbers, the metal, and a firm price. Nothing is charged at this stage.
03
You approve, or we revise
Revisions at this stage are free and expected. The rendering is what we build to, so it is worth being fussy here rather than later.
04
Optional: a sample before the real thing
For a design you intend to repeat, or a high-value single piece, we can cut a wax or a silver sample first so you can hold the shape before we commit gold and stones to it. Quoted separately.
05
We make it
Cast, set and finished on our own lines in Shuibei. Typical timeline is two to four weeks depending on the setting and whether the stone is in stock. You get photographs before despatch.
06
Despatch with certificates
Tracked and insured courier, signature on delivery. Laboratory reports travel with the goods. Duties are DAP — on the buyer.
Before you commit
Bespoke pieces cannot be returned
A piece made to your specification is not resaleable to anyone else, so bespoke work is final — unlike stock jewellery, which you can return within 30 days. We would rather you read that here than discover it in our terms.
Everything in the process above is designed around that one fact. The rendering, the free revisions, the optional wax or silver sample, the photographs before despatch — each is a chance to stop or change course while stopping is still free. Use them.
If a finished piece does not match the specification we agreed, that is our mistake, not a return, and we fix it at our cost.Full return policy

Describe what you want made
A description is enough to start. If you have a photo, a sketch or a CAD file, send it over on Telegram or WhatsApp after submitting and we will work from that.
