Shipping Policy

Where we ship We ship worldwide to markets where we are permitted to trade, including North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America. If we cannot ship to your country we will tell you before taking payment. Dispatch times Stock items are dispatched as soon as payment clears — usually the next business day. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are quoted with their own timeline before you commit. How we ship Every order travels by insured, tracked courier and requires a signature on delivery. We do not ship jewellery by ordinary post under any circumstances. You will receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us, and you can follow its status in your account. Duties and taxes — please read We ship on DAP terms (Delivered At Place). The price you pay us covers the goods and the freight. It does not include import duty, VAT, GST or customs clearance charges in your country. Those are assessed by your customs authority and are payable by you, usually to the courier before delivery. Buyers in the United States should note that the former USD 800 de minimis exemption no longer applies. Since 2025 every commercial shipment entering the US requires formal customs entry and full duty payment regardless of value. Please budget for this before ordering. We declare every shipment accurately, at the price paid, and describe the contents correctly as laboratory-grown diamonds. We will not under-declare value or mis-describe goods — doing so is fraud, and it puts your parcel at risk of seizure, not ours. If a parcel is refused or abandoned because duties were not paid, the return freight and any charges incurred are deducted from your refund. Lost or damaged in transit Every shipment is insured for its full value. If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive, tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will handle the carrier claim and replace or refund the order. Keep all packaging until the claim is settled.
