What we collect When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to tell us — phone number, country, and your message. If you create an account we also store your email address, your name and company if you provide them, and a cryptographic hash of your password. We never store your password itself and cannot recover it. When you place an order we store the order contents, the amount, and the shipping status. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers. Why we hold it To answer your enquiry, to fulfil and ship your order, and to provide certificates and after-sales support. That is all. Cookies and analytics We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We use analytics to understand which pages people visit; you can block this in your browser settings without losing any functionality. Sharing We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share what is necessary with our payment processor, our couriers, and our email provider — and with nobody else. Retention Enquiries are kept for two years. Order records are kept as long as tax and customs law requires. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Your rights You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request within 30 days. Deleting your account does not remove order records we are legally required to retain.
